How Many Routines Do You Have To Learn Before You Look As Good As The Choreographers?
The number of routines you learn does not determine how long it takes before you become good.
Although it may be possible to look like the choreographer you will never exactly like the choreographer. However it can look just as good the way you do it.
Of course the more routines you learn in a shorter space of time, the more practise you will get and so the better you will become. However how quickly you get good also depends on other factors rather than merely the number of routines you learn.
It depends on things such as how well you understand the dance style and the choreographer's style, how well you can understand what they are trying to do with their movement.
It also depends on how quickly your movement memory improves also and how quickly you can remember routines. You can count on the choreographer to remember their own routines!
Rather than focus on how long it will take, it is better to focus on how to improve in every class so that you are getting better all the time.
You don't want to get to the point where you reach a level and stop improving. You need to keep moving forward even if it is in tiny steps.
Dancing is a skill and it does take time and patience to develop a skill to a high level. Bear this in mind any time you don't have a routine perfectly.
